Halloween Decorations

The Ft. Meade Historical Spociety has put up halloween decorations in front of the Fort Meade Historical Museum.

The museum is in the restored c. 18985 old Fort Meade School House located at the corner of W. Broadway St. and Tecumseh Ave. in Ft. Meade, Florida.

The Richard Archbold and the Archbold Biological Station mural was painted by Keith Goodson. It is located at 19 W. Interlake Blvd. in Lake Placid, Florida.Richard Archbold was an internationally renowned aviator and explorer.

Large Chinese Lanterns

One of a series of large chinese lanterns that are lit as it gets dark at the Magnolia Plantation & Gradens in Charleston, South Carolina.

The Magnolia Plantation & Gardens was established in Charleston, South Carolina on 500 acres in 1676 by the Drayton fami8ly and is still owned and operated by their descendants. Sixty acres is set aside for the gardens which includes 900 varieties of camelias, 250 types of azaleas and a large variety of otherflowers as well. It is the oldest garden in the United States
